Installation
How to Install Facilio in Zendesk:
- Go to Tickets Zendesk application Search for facilio
- Click on the application to install
- Provide Facilio username and password click install to sign-in
- Email '[email protected]' if you have login issues
- Facilio workorder will come as a side application after installation
- User can create and track facility management tickets from the side application
- User can also add comments to the facilio ticket from Zendesk
- side app User can use Facilio workorder as a subticket to the main Zendesk ticket
