Data handling and disclosures
Easy Merge only accesses the minimum ticket and requester information necessary to identify and merge duplicate tickets. The app does not store, transmit, or share customer data outside of your Zendesk instance. All actions are performed securely within Zendesk, ensuring customer data is not misused, retained unnecessarily, or exposed to unauthorized access.

Installation
Installation Instructions
- From the Zendesk Admin Center, navigate to Apps and Integrations > Marketplace and search for Easy Merge.
- Click Install and select the Zendesk account where you want to add the app.
- In the installation settings, you can configure role or group restrictions to control which agents can access Easy Merge. This allows you to limit visibility to only the roles or groups that need it.
- Once installed, open any ticket in Zendesk.
- Navigate to the application sidebar panel to view and use Easy Merge directly from within the ticket.
That’s it! Easy Merge is now ready to help your team quickly identify and merge duplicate tickets.
