Easy Insight gives you the charts and tables to better visualize your agent allocations and reduce your time to resolve tickets, improving customer satisfaction and making sure your Zendesk is driving further sales into customers, not losing critical deals.
Installation
Once you have an Easy Insight account, you'll be directed to the Connections page inside of Easy Insight upon your first login.
Click on the Zendesk icon.
Enter your Zendesk URL and credentials, click the Create button, and Easy Insight will import your Zendesk data. Depending on the size of your Zendesk account, this process may take a few minutes the first time.
Once the process is complete, you'll be redirected back to the Home page, at which point you can open up one of several prebuilt dashboards and reports, or create your own report from scratch.
