About Drupal
There are currently two modules available Zendesk and Drupal-support sites:
Remote Authentication
Remote authentication module allowing for single sign-on between Zendesk and Drupal-supported sites, so that users logged into your site are automatically logged into your Zendesk.
Zendesk Feedback Tab
Easily add a Zendesk feedback tab to your Drupal site. Configure the tab online and use Drupal permission to determine if the tab is shown for anonymous users, authenticated users, or a restricted role.
Installation
Remote Authentication
Set up is simple. Visit http://drupal.org/project/zendesk to download the module.
Once downloaded, install into your Drupal environment.
Log into your Zendesk account as an administrator and navigate to Settings - Security - Single Sign-On.
Enable the "JSON Web Token" strategy.
Insert the remote authentication url: http://yoursite.com/services/zendesk (optionally you can insert your logout url: http://yoursite.com/logout)
Go to admin/config/people/zendesk and fill in the url of your zendesk support page (e.g. http://yourdomain.zendesk.com) together with the secret key
