About Disable Ticket Fields
This simple app disables ticket fields you select for all agents.
Select the fields you want to disable in the admin interface. The fields will still be visible to the agents but they will not be editable.

Installation
Click Install and follow the instructions.
To select the fields to disable, open the Disable Ticket Fields application page in the Zendesk Support navigation bar.
