Leverage AI directly from any Zendesk ticket, and:

Installation
Create your account with Cohere AI and provide your API Key to the app. Rate limiting applies to trial users - not recommended for production.
âš You must have an active Knowledge Base and request it to be connected prior to using the app.

Important! If you choose to enable the Autorun option, make sure to set the Restricted channels option as well. Otherwise every chat message will send a request to Cohere AI.
