
Clone current ticket and create a new ticket
About Clone Parent Ticket Data
IntegrateCloud creates an easy way to clone any opened ticket, and create a new ticket with the cloned data. The new ticket can be created as an incident ticket by simply selecting the Is Incident? checkbox. All the custom fields and all the comments from the opened ticket can be copied to the new ticket by simply selecting Include Comments and Include Custom Fields checkboxes. Installation
Log into your Zendesk account and navigate to Admin.
Locate the Marketplace under Apps , and look for Clone Parent Ticket Data App then click Install.
Navigate to any of the existing tickets.
Once the ticket is displayed click on the top corner Apps and then the App will be displayed on the right sidebar of the screen.
