This app allows you to track time on Clockify directly from a ticket in Zendesk, without having to switch contexts. Here is a list of the most notable features:

Installation
- Navigate to the Zendesk Apps Marketplace
- Find the Clockify Time Tracking app (you can search for
clockifyand it will be in the first results). - Click the Install button and follow the instructions to login to your Zendesk instance with an admin account.
- You are done! Refresh any Zendesk ticket page and you'll see the app on the sidebar.
