About ClickHelp Sidebar
The ClickHelp Sidebar gives engineers possibility to search within a ClickHelp documentation portal from the ticket editor and immediately insert links to help topics or knowledge articles directly into a response.
Installation
Specify the portal server name like you use it in a browser. For example, if you access your portal with the 'https://headcrabs.clickhelp.co' URL, use the 'headcrabs.clickhelp.co' portal name. In case you are using the domain mapping feature for your portal (e.g. https://docs.headcrabs.com), use the corresponding server name as well (e.g. docs.headcrabs.com).
