Better control over ticket attachments

You can view and manage attachments in two separate views: The ticket sidebar and the left-hand navigation bar. You will receive access to both apps without additional payment.

Inside ticket sidebar

• Categorized attachments: Break down ticket attachments by images, links, and files
  
• Image previews: Simply click on an image thumbnail to open within Zendesk. No need to download or leave the tab.
• File previews: Better Attachment also supports file previews for PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, PowerPoint slides and more. Right within Zendesk and nowhere else!
  
• One-click downloads: Download single attachments or all attachments in a .ZIP file
  

Inside navigation bar

• Global search: Search for attachments throughout your entire Zendesk workspace
  
• Free up storage space: Quickly delete large attachments to save on Zendesk storage space
  
• Attachment filters: Filter attachments by file name, file size or file type
• Ticket filters: Search attachments in tickets based on its creation or update date, ticket status, tags, or custom field values. Find attachments in exactly the type of tickets you need.
• Easy download: Find specific attachments and download them with a single click
  
• Ticket access: Open the original ticket in a new Zendesk tab
