About Azure DevOps by IdentifYou
The Azure DevOps by IdentifYou app empowers agents within their Zendesk interface to seamlessly execute various actions such as creating work items, linking them, notifying linked work items, and viewing and adding logs.
###APP Overview:
The mobile-friendly app comprises three main tabs/modals:
1.Home:
This serves as the primary page within the Azure DevOps connector app, featuring essential buttons and displaying linked work item names for easy navigation between tabs/modals. The 'Home' button allows users to refresh the app and return to the home tab from the link tab.
- Create Work Item:
In this tab/modal, users are presented with options to directly create work items of different types such as Epic, Task, and Issue. Additionally, selecting 'More' allows users to choose from a dropdown list of work types specific to selected projects.
- Link Work Item:
This tab/modal enables agents to link existing Azure DevOps Work Items to the current Zendesk ticket. The Zendesk-Azure DevOps app supports the creation or linking of multiple work items to a single Zendesk ticket.
- Notify Work Item:
Here, users can notify or create comments on all linked Azure DevOps work items associated with the current Zendesk ticket.
Work Item Log:
Within this modal, users can access to the comment history specific to the current Zendesk ticket. Clicking on the 'View' link in the front/home page directs users to this modal, where they can view details of the work item and its logs, as well as add new comments to it
