Installation
Install the app, then open any Zendesk ticket to view and manage attachments directly from the sidebar.
Optional Configuration:
No setup is required. However, you can:
- Use the Refresh button to load new attachments added after the app is opened.
- Select attachments individually or use Select All to include everything in the ZIP download.
- Click the Download button to automatically create a ZIP file named using the ticket ID and date (for example: 12345-11-23-2025.zip).
