What this app does
Attachment Downloader automatically lists every file on the current Zendesk ticket so agents can preview, filter by type, and download items individually or as a single ZIP—directly from the ticket sidebar. It includes quick filters (Images, PDFs, Docs, Other), a one-click toggle to hide inline signature/logo images, and a clean UI that feels native to Zendesk.
Data handling & privacy
• Scope: The app reads attachment metadata and download URLs from the currently open ticket to display them to the agent. • Storage: The app does not persist customer content or attachment data on SupportZen servers. Processing happens in the agent’s browser; temporary data lives only in memory for the session. • Transmission: Files are downloaded directly from Zendesk in the agent’s session; SupportZen does not proxy or intercept downloads. • Permissions: The app only accesses data visible to the signed-in agent per Zendesk permissions. • Security: No third-party analytics or tracking within the app.
