Create Issue button:
Agents can create new JIRA issues directly from Zendesk, specifying details such as project, issue type (e.g., Bug, Epic, Task), area, description, and upload files. Upon submission, the new JIRA issue is instantly created based on the provided information.
Link Issue Button:
Allows agents to associate existing JIRA issues with the current Zendesk ticket, enhancing cross-platform ticket management.
Moreover, the Notify Button feature within the Zendesk-JIRA app allows agents to:
Notify all or specific linked JIRA issues.
This integration ensures seamless sharing of relevant ticket information between Zendesk and JIRA, promoting efficiency and collaboration among support teams.
