Data Accessed:

• Agent information (name, status, current activity)
• Channel and group assignments
• Current ticket information that agents are working on
• User configuration settings (AUX codes, channel/group mappings)

Data Usage:

• Display real-time dashboard showing agent adherence to channels and groups
• Automatically select AUX codes based on configured channel/group names
• Provide visual notifications via Kuando Busylight integration (optional, local only)

Data Storage:

• All configuration data (AUX codes, channel/group settings) is stored securely within your Zendesk instance
• No data is transmitted to external servers or third parties
• Busylight integration communicates locally with the KuandoHUB application only

This app accesses and uses your Zendesk data solely to provide adherence monitoring and management functionality within your organization. All data remains within your Zendesk environment and is not shared externally.
