How It Works
- The app fetches comments every 5-30 minutes, depending on the number of videos and API limits set by TikTok.
- The first batch of comments may take up to 15 minutes to appear in Zendesk.

Installation
How to Install TikTok Connect
- Install the TikTok Connect app via Zendesk Marketplace
- Go to Admin Center → Apps and integrations → Channel apps → TikTok Connect by oapps.io → Accounts → Add account.
- Follow these steps to connect your TikTok account to Zendesk:
- Log in to TikTok – Ensure your account is switched to a business account. Everyone can do it, and it's free.
- Install the App – Find TikTok Connect on the Zendesk Marketplace and use the
NOCCcoupon to install without a credit card. - Access the Admin Center – Navigate to Admin Center → Channel Apps → TikTok Connect.
- Add Your Account – Open the
Accountstab and clickAdd Account. - Select Account Type – Choose
Generalfor organic posts orAdvertisementfor advertising posts. - Authorize TikTok Access – Click
Continue with TikTok; a TikTok authorization page will open. - Grant Permissions – Allow the app to access your TikTok account. You will be redirected back to Zendesk.
- Finalize Setup – Assign a name to the account, fill optional fields and click
Save.
