Quickly get the Stripe data you need
- Display the customer information captured by Stripe, including all contact, address, tax, and custom fields
- Search a list of all charges made to the customer
- Return a list of refunds that the customer has received
- List all disputes that exist for the customer
- Show invoices for the customer and drill down to get details from the invoice lines
- Get a list of all subscriptions that the customer has and drill down to the subscription items
Take action to provide faster resolutions
- Update the customer record in Stripe with updated contact, address, tax, and custom fields
- Process refunds for a charge either partially or in full
- Cancel subscriptions with the option to charge immediately for the entire billing period or a partial amount based on the time remaining

Installation
- Register your app here to receive your Widget IDs and complete setup.
- Go to Admin-Manage and on the Stripe Connector, select Change Settings to configure
- Copy the Widget ID's from the installation wizard to both the Ticket Widget ID, User Widget ID and App Token.
This app connects to Popdock's secure cloud service to retrieve business data. It has the ability to access Zendesk Ticket fields, Zendesk User fields and Zendesk Organization fields if allowed and transmits them to Popdock to query connected data sources(In this case Stripe data primarily).
