With the Shopware 6 Integration you can get a quick access to the most relevant shop data for a ticket requester - e. g. customer data, orders, status, tracking code Your support team can handle requests directly within the Zendesk Backend. Furthermore, a Zendesk widget can be integrated into your shopware store with a few simple steps. This allows your users to create Zendesk tickets directly from the shop.

Installation

Installation: 1. Install this free Shopware 6 integration app within your Zendesk. 2. Install and activate the SW6 plugin (via Shopware Store) as usual within the shop admin. 3. Enter the Url and the login data displayed within the plugin configuration into the corresponding Zendesk app configuration fields. 4. ready to use! As soon as a ticket is found in Zendesk with a known email address, the associated data is displayed.
