Installation

Four simple steps to install the app -

  1. Install the ProProfs Knowledge Base app from the Zendesk App marketplace. It’s completely free of cost.
  2. Enter the URL of your external Knowledge Base.
  3. Provide your Knowledge Base account API for authentication. (You can find your API key within your ProProfs Knowledge Base Account. Go to Settings -> Integration -> Zendesk. Here you will find your API key. You can use the existing one or generate a new one.)
  4. Enable or disable the option to post articles to Knowledge Base in case of missing information.
