Introducing the Anti-Profanity App:

How It Works

Using the Anti-Profanity app is super easy - here's how it works:

❌ In the app setup, input words/phrases that you want to prevent your agents from using and the notification message when these words / phrases are used

🔔 If the agent use the blocked words or phrases, a pop up will notify them that the word/phrase is blocked. The response will not be allowed to be sent until the blocked work or phrase is removed.

Installation

  • Get and install the app
  • Follow the instructions on the installation process
  • Before finalizing the installation, update profanitywordsphrase (separated by comma) and profanityerrorresponse (you can put {{BLOCKED_WORDS}} anyware in the error message template, this will be automatically replaced with the words/phrases being blocked) depending on your setup
