Installation
- Sign up for a free trial at https://www.kixie.com/zendesk.html
- Download and install Kixie Google Chrome Extension
- Login into Kixie
- Go to Zendesk > Settings > API
- Check "Enabled" for Token Access
- Click "Add new token" and name it Kixie
- Copy the API token
- Add the API token to Kixie by going into Settings->Add CRM
