The IntegrateCloud Translation App helps to support Customers with different languages that act as a barrier between communication with one another. This app will allow agents to convert ticket comments into a language the agent can understand. When agents have the option to convert different languages into one the agent understands, the conversation between the agent and customer goes smoother and faster. The app converts text between 53 different languages.

Installation

  1. Click Install to add the app.
  2. Once the app is installed, click on existing ticket , click on the Apps link and you will see the IntegrateCloud Translate App.
  3. You re good to go!
