Installation
Get started in a few easy steps:
- Once you selected the app, click Install to install the application in your Zendesk instance.
- Open the CSAT Opt-out app from the left navigation menu in your Zendesk Support dashboard.
- Click Get Started and proceed on Install on the next screen and wait the process to finish.
- Allow Connection on the next screen.
- Click Finish setup to complete the installation.
- Open the Setup Guide and follow the additional steps. 🌟
