The Bokun Integration app syncs Bokun booking data with Zendesk, allowing agents to search bookings, update customer information, modify pickup locations and trip schedules, and cancel reservations without leaving Zendesk. It includes configurable permission controls to restrict cancellation capabilities to admins or designated agent groups, reducing accidental booking cancellations. Tour operators and activity booking companies benefit from streamlined customer service workflows and faster resolution of booking-related inquiries.

With this application you will be able to bring your Bokun data directly into Zendesk. You will be able to search for your bookings, update the Bokun customer info with the data available in your Zendesk account, change the pick up locations or trip date/time to accomodate your customers' requests, and much more without leaving the Zendesk interface!
You will also be able to cancel a booking from Zendesk, but we designed an easy to use interface to configure who should be able to do that. By default only Zendesk admins will be able to do so, but you can choose a group of agents who will be able to cancel bookings so that new entries won't cancel bookings by mistake.

Installation
This app needs access to your Bokun, and to do so you will have to provide the app with your Bokun Access Key and Secret Key. To discover how to create a pair of Keys, you can visit this url.
Once you have both the keys, you'll be able to set them in Zendesk in the Settings of this app.
