Zaplay integrates WhatsApp Business with Zendesk to record, play, and transcribe voice messages with AI. It also creates messages summaries, automatically add internal notes, and translate audio messages to boost productivity, speed, and quality.

Installation
Zaplay installation step by step:
- Click Install in the top-right corner of the app page in the Marketplace.
- Select the Zendesk account where you want to install it and confirm Install again.
- Complete your registration to obtain your Zaplay Key Click here
- In the app configuration modal, enter your Zaplay Key and confirm.
