Installation
Steps to set up Tulii app for Zendesk Marketplace:
At Zendesk's Marketplace click Get Set Up on the top right.
Select your account and click Install.
Inform the Title and URL of your Tulii statuspage i.e. https://acme-inc.tulii.io
You should see Tulli under the Currently Installed tab.
Now, as an agent, once you're seeing a ticket, click on Apps at the side panel on the right. You'll see all current incidents, making it easier for you to spot tickets related to known issues and answer accordingly.
