Setyl + Zendesk integration
Use Setyl's Zendesk integration to provide context to your support tickets in Zendesk and record the information in Setyl. The integration enables you to link Zendesk tickets to assets, people, software applications and other records in Setyl. This allows you to view relevant Setyl record details directly within Zendesk tickets, while automatically keeping a history of associated tickets in the corresponding records in Setyl — ensuring all asset and application lifecycle information is accessible in one, centralized platform. Installation
Log in to Setyl.
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Search for Zendesk.
Press Connect.
Within Setyl, create a new API key to use for the Zendesk connection. You can do this from Settings > Company Settings > API Keys.
- Install the Setyl App from the Zendesk Marketplace.
Use the API key and Consumer ID from Setyl to connect.
Enable Private Conversations toggle if you don't want Setyl to fetch ticket subject and description.
