Installation
Open Zendesk and head to Settings > Account > Apps.
Click the ‘Marketplace’ button and search for ‘Setmore’. Click the tile and a list of options will appear. Choose ‘Install’.
Follow the instructions for authentication. You’ll need to sign into Setmore.
A green check will indicate that authentication is complete. You can then click the ‘Install’ button to finish.
After installation, you’ll be able to access your Setmore Booking Page during chats. To confirm, open any chat and locate your service menu in the lower-right of the window. The Booking Page will be that of the Setmore account you used during authentication.
