Installation
The ability to submit feedback from Zendesk is available for any Roadmap users on the Pro plan or above.
If you are not a Roadmap user yet, sign up for a free trial at www.roadmap.space.
Getting Started:
To install the Roadmap app:
- Find your Roadmap ID under Options > Widgets > Feedback, under the Embedding tab.
- On the installation page, paste in the Roadmap ID, and click Install.
- When the installation is complete, refresh your Zendesk Support account to see the Roadmap icon in the ticket sidebar.
