Requirements
The Required Fields app is super easy to install! You just need to have an admin account in Zendesk.
How to install
- Install the app from Zendesk Marketplace
- And that's it! The app will be available when you reload Zendesk Support.
NB The app will not be visible anywhere. It simply changes the behavior of the field “Required to solve a ticket”. You can’t see any changes in the interface - only in the behavior.
