Installation
After installing the add-on, go to a Ticket that needs work escalation.
In the Project Insight App Pane, log into your PI workspace OR create a new one. Follow the prompts to complete your sign-in.
Once you are signed in, you can escalate a Zendesk Ticket into a Projec Insight task by cicking the CREATE TASK button.
You will be prompted to choose an existing project. (If you do not have a project created, go to your PI workspace and create one.)
After you have selected your project you will be prompted to choose the Project Manager.
After you complete this, refreshing the Ticket will show the Task information next to the Ticket.
