Installation
What you need to get started
- A Productboard account with admin access
- A Zendesk account with admin access
Set up the integration
- From Productboard go into Integrations, and add a new Zendesk integration.
- Input the URL for your Zendesk project.
- Authorize the integration with your Zendesk credentials.
- Choose how you would like to pull conversations from Zendesk to Productboard. You can choose from one of these options:
- Pull all new tickets
- Pull only new tickets with a certain tag
- Pull all new tickets but move just those with a certain tag to the Unprocessed folder so they will be reviewed
- Custom trigger conditions (e.g. push all tickets containing a designated keyword)
