Installation
In order to ensure proper installation of this app, just follow the steps outlined below.
- Install the Printfection Zendesk app.
- Go to your instance of printfection.com and then navigate to: Profile menu -> API access. Select your API V2 Key. You must be an admin to view your API key.
- Add a ":" to the end of your API Key.
- Go to to https://www.base64encode.org/ to convert your token to the base64 value.
- Save your Base64 encoded key on the settings page of your Printfection app within your Zendesk account.
