The Zendesk Connector offers instant Zendesk connectivity, providing you an easy way to interface with the Zendesk API. With this API connectivity to the Zendesk REST API, users can get complete access to their Zendesk tickets from their OutSystems applications.
Installation
- Follow this link to establish a free demo environment in the OutSystems cloud.
- From the OutSystems Service Studio (IDE) select the black tab in the top left corner titled "OutSystems"
- Select the Zendesk Connector and click the "Install" button. The platform will then install the connector and any other services required for it to operate in your environment automatically.
- The connector includes a sample application that you can use to test connectivity to Zendesk.
