Installation
Setting Up Zendesk Integration
- To setup this integration, first login to your Konnect Insights account
- Navigate to the ‘Settings’ menu at the top of the page
- Go to `All Apps', search for Zendesk and Click the ‘Connect’ button
- Head over to Zendesk and login to your account
- Click the ‘Allow’ button, you Zendesk account will be integrated successfully
- Now select the ticket you want to send through and hit Send to CRM
- Select account to send through and hit Send
- The ticket will be visible in your Zendesk tickets!
