We do not sell customer data. Data is used only to operate this integration, scoped per tenant, and protected with tenant isolation controls and authenticated API access. Access to stored data is limited to authorized systems and personnel for support and operational purposes.

Installation
- In Zendesk Admin Center, open Apps and integrations, then go to Marketplace.
- Search for "Enhanced messaging widget" and click Install.
- Choose the account where you want to install the app.
- In the install settings, provide the API URL and Widget URL values supplied by your implementation team.
- Complete installation and open the app from the Zendesk navigation bar.
- Configure widget branding, behavior, and content labels, then save your changes.
- Open the Embed tab, generate (or regenerate) your embed token, and deploy the provided widget snippet on your website.
- Test the widget on your site and in Zendesk to confirm messaging works end-to-end.
