Installation
You need administrator permissions in both Google Workspace and Zendesk Support in order to complete the installation of this app.
To install the app:
Create your Google Workspace Service Account by following the instructions listed on our knowledgebase article. We recommend you follow best practices listed by Google to create a service account.
Click the Free trial button in the Zendesk App Marketplace to set up the Google Admin Pro app in your Zendesk Support account.
Enter your Google Workspace domain (e.g., if your email address is [email protected], enter
company.comas the domain).Open the .json service account key file obtained from Google Workspace and copy paste it in its entirety into the
Service Account JSONfield.Optionally, you can turn on or off Group management on this screen.
Click on the Install button to finalize the installation and enjoy the benefits of having the ability to resolve Google Workspace support tickets directly within Zendesk.
