featureOS for Zendesk integration makes it easy to capture and manage user feedback right within Zendesk in a tidy way.
When there is a new update to the feature requests, featureOS automatically sends an update to related customers about the progress.
Installation
Integrating featureOS (formerly Hellonext) with Zendesk is quite simple.
Login into your Zendesk account
Click on the Gear icon on the sidebar and navigate to the Marketplace
In Zendesk Marketplace, search for featureOS
Select featureOS and click on the Install button
Enter your Zendesk URL to authenticate the integration and click on Sign in
This will take you to the page where featureOS is integrated into Zendesk. Now, click the Install button.
Access your Admin Dashboard in featureOS
Click on Organization Settings from bottom left corner
Toggle to the Integrations tab
Scroll down to find Zendesk and enter your Zendesk subdomain
Now, click on the Connect button
Click on Allow to grant access to featureOS
That's it. You have now integrated featureOS with Zendesk.
