Don’t have an EZO CMMS Account?
Go to https://ezo.io/ezo-cmms/ and hit the Free Trial button. You can take EZO CMMS for a 15-day free trial. No credit card is required for signing up.
Already have an Account?
- Sign in to your Zendesk portal
- Sign in to your EZO CMMS account
- In EZO CMMS, go to Settings → Add Ons → Zendesk Integration
- Tap the Get App On Zendesk button
- You’ll be asked for your Zendesk subdomain
- Once you’ve entered the subdomain here, we’ll take care of the rest
Open any Zendesk ticket and look for the EZO CMMS app on the right. If the Apps Pane is collapsed, tap the Apps button on top right to view connected apps
Getting Started
Here are the first few steps that you can do:
- Create a technician in EZO CMMS, say, [email protected]
- Check out a few assets to Emily
- Go to Zendesk and create a ticket for [email protected]
The assets checked out to Emma are shown in the right pane on this ticket. You can also see her EZO CMMS profile details.
- Link an asset to the ticket by tapping the black link button
- Go to the linked asset in EZO CMMS and explore the Zendesk Tickets tab on this asset
