Control data sharing
Customize Custobar's integration to Zendesk Support and choose how much support ticket information you want to bring into Custobar. Closed and solved tickets, a link to the ticket, priority, and the ticket description are imported by default.
Installation
If you already have a Custobar account, follow these instructions
- Sign in to Custobar at www.custobar.com
- Go to "Settings" > "Integrations" > "Zendesk", and click "Add".
- Follow the instructions on the page.
If you don’t have a Custobar account yet, follow these instructions
- Get to know Custobar and sign up to our free 30-day trial.
- Follow the sign up process, you will receive detailed instructions in your email.
- To connect Custobar with Zendesk, go to "Settings" > "Integrations" > "Zendesk", and click "Add".
- Follow the instructions on the page.
