Create, link and monitor Asana tasks from Zendesk
Connect an Asana account on install to give your Zendesk teammates access to create and link tasks in any Asana project right from the Zendesk ticket.
Updates on the Asana task will be posted as internal notes on the Zendesk tickets so you can track progress of the task without leaving Zednesk.
Teammates don't need Asana accounts and don't need to switch tools to create or update tasks in Asana.

Installation
Click Install to install the app and follow the prompts.
Once installed, configure the app as follows:
In your Zendesk account, open any existing ticket
Click on the Apps icon in the right sidebar
Click on the Asana by Thackd app (pin it for easy access)
Click on the Authorize button
Log in to your Asana account and authorize the app
