Installation
Before you begin
Make sure you have an active AloTech subscription. Click if you don't have one! To Install + Sign in as an administrator to your Zendesk, then click the Admin icon in the navigation bar. + Under Apps, find the AloTech CTI Adapter app. + On the AloTech CTI Adapter app page, click Install App in the upper-right corner.
+ Put your AloTech tenant URL in the tenant field.
