Data & Privacy:
This app accesses ticket data (subject, description, requester info) to create feature requests in Alloy. Data is transmitted securely via HTTPS and stored in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.

Installation
Step 1: Install the App
Click the Install button to add Alloy to your Zendesk account.
Step 2: Connect Your Alloy Account
After installation, open any ticket and click the Alloy app in the sidebar. You'll be prompted to sign in to your Alloy account.
Step 3: Start Creating Prototypes
Once connected, you can create feature request prototypes directly from any ticket by clicking "Create Prototype" in the app sidebar.
