To Configure Zendesk in Zoho Lens

  • Log in to Zoho Lens

  • Navigate to Settings

  • In settings, goto Integrations>Apps

  • Search for Zendesk support and click CONFIGURE

  • Enter the sub-domain and click ENABLE

  • Now enter your Zendesk credentials and click Sign In
