Installation

Follow these below steps for SMS Alert App Installation.

  1. Before using this App you need to have an account on SMS Alert. If you don't have an account signup here.
  2. After successful installation, go to App configuration tab, enter your SMS Alert username and password and active senderid, if you are using demo account write eStore as senderid.
  3. Edit template content as required for Ticket Status Change and Ticket Assignee Change. Leave SMS Template blank if you do not want to send SMS on any event.
