Installation

To use the Simple Auto Responder app, you must:

  • Be using Zendesk Guide

1.Sign in to your Zendesk Support account, then click the Admin icon in the sidebar. 2. Select Apps > Marketplace, then find the Simple Auto Responder app and click the tile. 3. On the Simple Auto Responder app page, click Install app in the upper-right corner. 4. Click Install. 5. Configure your Zendesk following the instructions that you can find here: SimpleAutoResponder configuration
