The Salesloft by OAppS app displays Salesloft People module data directly in Zendesk's right panel, allowing agents to view, create, and manage Salesloft contacts without leaving Zendesk. This integration enables sales and support teams to access centralized customer information and email correspondence while reducing context-switching between platforms. Agents can add new people to Salesloft directly from Zendesk if contact records don't already exist in the system.

If the People's email address in Zendesk is not available in your Salesloft account, you can add the People's details in Salesloft right from the Zendesk page, without having to switch tabs. Access, manage, and add your Salesloft info within Zendesk.
Installation
- Authorise Zendesk and Salesloft application.
- Go to Zendesk Contact module and click on any People
- In right panel Salesloft data will be shown
- If No data available for particular emailid then ADD data option will be shown.
