Installation

  1. Please visit Ring.io and enter your Zendesk subdomain.

  2. Grant authorization to Ring.io to access your account.

  3. Download the Ring.io chrome extension as instructed during installation.

  4. You will be automatically logged in to the Ring.io Chrome Extension.
