Vendor Description

PressOne is a telephone integration that allows you to manage your call-based customer interactions. With PressOne, you can make and receive calls directly through Zendesk. It allows you to take notes, and mute and unmute calls while on a call, too.

  1. Inbound/outbound calls.

  3. Access to all CDR Reports and recordings.

Installation

Getting Started

-Click Install in the upper-right corner. You will be presented with a web page. - The ensuing page requires you to fill in a URL or may show you your existing Zendesk subdomain. Enter your subdomain if necessary. - Click Continue. The app installs to your Zendesk account. - Refresh your Zendesk login session. The PressOne App icon shows at the top right hand corner. - Click the PressOne app icon. The PressOne login screen opens. - Enter your PressOne Account and your PressOne password.
