Data Access and Privacy
This app accesses and processes the following data from your Zendesk account:
Data Accessed: Ticket IDs, ticket tags, external IDs, and your Zendesk instance URL to identify and retrieve Hark submissions associated with support tickets.
Data Usage: The app retrieves customer video/audio recordings and attachments submitted through Hark from our secure servers and displays them within your Zendesk ticket interface for agent review. This enables your support team to view customer submissions directly in their workflow.
Data Storage: No data is stored locally by this app. Data is retrieved on-demand from Zendesk and Hark servers when agents view tickets.

Installation
Simply install Hark for free through the Zendesk marketplace and Hark will follow up with a token, and script that you can place on your website, in your chatbot flow, or even on order confirmation emails.
Hark will also be automatically added to your support ticket sidebar.
In the app settings page after installation, look for the authToken parameter.
Paste the token that will be provided by the Hark team, into the authToken field.
Save your changes.
